If you are a one-trick, weight the routine toward your hero: a Widow main spends three of the five minutes in Precision; a Tracer main spends three in Speed. After the trainer, drop into the Overwatch 2 Practice Range or a few rounds of the Aim Trainer / Skirmish for game-feel before ranked.
